A place to work, a place to ride, a place to live!
The 2018 windy season is fully underway here in Northern Brazil and we are windsurfing and kitesurfing pretty much every day (only stopping when we are too tired!)
Some of the most dedicated and talented female windsurfers in the world have been coming to Jeri for a number of years now, to train and show all the guys how it's done.
Jericoacoara and Icaraizinho are willing to take a risk that no other place on the planet would ever dream of, to place a money back warranty on something as unpredictable as the weather!
Throughout September Jericoacoara and Icaraizinho ran Wind Warranty, a money back guarantee if there was less than 50% days of wind.
In early April Jericoacoara hosted the first stage of the Brazilian Longboard Circuit, a series of surf competitions in the best locations in Brazil.
Knowing who has right of way when windsurfing is important to avoid collisions, so everyone can feel safer and have more fun on the water. In Jericoacoara, Icaraizinho and other places around the world, these rules change when there are waves involved. If you are new to wavesailing or are not an experienced surfer, the rights of way may be new news to you.
ClubVentos are proud to announce their partnership with pro kiteboarder Paula Novotna, who spent a month training in Jericoacoara and Icarazinho.
ClubVentos are delighted to announce they have received the 2018 TripAdvisor certificate of excellence. The Certificate of Excellence accounts for the quality, quantity and recency of reviews submitted by travellers on TripAdvisor over a 12-month period.
As of September 2017, all visitors to Jericoacoara must pay the tourist fee to visit the village.
